I don't know... it looks pretty impressive to me! It's certainly more interesting to look at than most of the corporate web sites out there. Most (insertcompanyname.com) web sites nowadays to be more concerned with sticking to standardized templates and meeting handicapped accessibility guidelines than making something that looks like a work of art.
So... in order for it to be "art" it has to be abstruse? There is a lot to be said about someone who can create a layout derived from human intuition. Corporate websites have to cater to this intution more so than trying to build something so esoteric as to be considered "art."
