Extreme Socket A HSF Cooling

What do you guys use for socket A cooling as far as HSF combos? I've been looking at a few alphas, the golden orb, and OCZ's Monster II.

I'm basically looking for the most extreme HSF cooling for under $100 that will fit on an Abit KT7.

If you are about extreme cooling -> air cooled doesn't cut it.
It is the realm of water/or peltier cooling solutions
Try this.

Wow! You are planning on spending more on your HSF than I paid for my CPU.

Please don't catch any condensation if you are going to use Peltier.
