Extreme Rugged Laptops or Tablets?

I already have a Panasonic Toughbook CF-28, the super rugged toughbook. I need something with more power, and that also has the touchscreen function.

Does anyone know of anything similar to the Toughbooks, maybe a tablet that also has touchscreen capabilities?

This will be in outdoor environments, heat, wet weather, as well as a lot of travel in a vehicle off the beaten paths while on for GPS and a host of specific apps.

If anyone has a link to products, or reviews I would love to see them thank you.

I do recall seeing a tablet PC online, but I can't find it, and my history was cleared 🙁

Looking at the $3000-$4000 range as well.
