Extreme Overclocking, Dry ice Insulation help

So i'm about to start my first DICE run. Got all the materials ready. But i have one question. I have the DFI Lanparty UT X58-T3eH8 board and it digital pwms instead of caps. Is it safe to insulate them? Like will they overheat? My research tells me both ways.. i'm totally clueless now.

Also, i will be using kneaded eraser for insulation if that matters.
