Except a robber is breaking the law... a cop stopping you for speeding is enforcing the law.
And you're assuming that everyone dressed like a cop is a cop.

so what's the big deal?
Those folks went over the speed limit = whoopie doo
Whatever point he's trying to make is lost because he's so obnoxious.
why was the cop recording the cameraman? douche move.
Just another person trying to be a Youtube sensation.

Cops do that all the time in residential areas.
What's the big deal?
Yeah it sucks, but if the people were going close to the speed limit, it wouldn't be dangerous.
I see nothing wrong with cops patrolling residential streets more strictly.
BTW, wasn't the camera guy jay walking? You're not allowed to walk down the middle of a street like that, are you? I know there weren't sidewalks, but that doesn't mean you can walk in the middle of the roadway.
that is sort of what I was thinking. I'm not pulling over until I see red flashing lights behind me. If they ask "why didn't you pull over" I would answer "Would you pull over for a random stranger in the middle of the street?"
Wouldn't work. You can't ignore a traffic cop's specific direction and yet they clearly have the authority without blue flashing lights. Note: BLUE! red is extra. Non-police emergency vehicles can't use blue.
