I really dont get what this obcession with fucking tress and recycling paper is. New trees != old growth forest. Old growth forest is special. The trees are hundreds to thousands of years old, and are habitat to other plants and animals. A bunch of crappy pines planted by a logging company aren't a suitable replacement. The real sin is we ship a lot of the wood of to Asia, so they can turn it into junk, and ship it back to us. All so the fat American corporations can make a buck off of the fat Americans....
