Extracting Sound from a .VOB?

How can I get jsut sound from a .VOB file, I don't want the video, just sound. If anyone knows how, please, help me out.

vob2audio - you'll need the .LST file from the VOB file
vob2mp3 - you'll need two program: ac3dec.exe and lame.exe to use that program
