extracting pictures from PDF ?

what's wrong with the Snapshot tool in the Adobe Reader?

just right click on it and save. I'm not sure but you may have to install the bigger installation that allows you to search within documents.

What's alt do? I always just use printscrn by itself..

didn't realize this was still unknown (i'm sure most everyone knows, but surprising even two didn't know). maybe there should be a PSA

The PDF is 27 megs and has a tons of pictures in it. I going to try PDF Explorer and see if it can get the job done.

So I thought I would update and say that version 1.4 really sucks but version 1.5 from the site ROCKS.
