Getting this problem with Windows XP when I run the Setup.exe of Microsoft SDK .NET FRAMEWORK:
"Extracting File Failed". It is most likely caused by low memory (Low disk space for swapping file) or corrupted cabinet file.
Works great on any other computer.
Strange thing is even if I try it with a third party extractor like WinRar, it tells me that the file is corrupt.
Very strange.
