Extracting Audio from a Quicktime *.mov file

Hi, does anybody know of any programs where i can extract some audio clips from a *.mov file?

Thanks! Any help would be great!

welllllll, I know with a mac it's real easy in iMovies.
You just drag the clip onto the little work area at the bottem, then go to advanced and click "extract audio" and it makes two separate clips for you, one all audio, one all video.
I don't know about PC's
Any friends with a Mac?

Use QuickTime to export the MOV to an AVI then open the AVI in VirtualDub and save the WAV.
