extract video from a reaplayer file?

I've got a bunch of simpsons episodes in realplayer format...say I wanted to extract a clip from that into an mpg for my site...how do I do this??

Oh i know it sucks...but TheEvil1 sent me all the simpsons episodes, but a bunch of the episodes are in realplayer format...
