:Q:Q:Q
So I use Bank of America..and yesterday I had about $2100 in my account, and then made a purchase of $995 using that account with my debit card..checked my balance online and it read a thousand something, and today deposited a check for $1018, so it should be right around $2k or so.
Right now though, I just checked my balance online, and it reads $3117!
I made the deposit through an ATM machine, and I'm positive I punched in the number correctly. I didn't get a printout of my balance, but right now I'm looking at my online balance and it has an extra thousand.
I can only imagine that my purchase was cancelled for some reason..but it was actually towards a non-refundable cause (don't ask what it is), so it seems unlikely that happened.
Do banks usually make a mistake like that, or what?
