Extra RAM setting on my DFI.

OK so I want to adjust my RAM timings and on my A7N8X Deluxe they were 6.3.3.2 and now on my DFI Ultra Infinity they are 6.3.3.3.2. If I previously set them to 11.3.2.2 on my A7N8X should I just set them to 11.3.2.2.2? Im puzzled by this and dont want to mess with that until I have a better understanding of the extra number. Thanks to all who help!
