Hey,

Does anyone know how to get an additional Quick Launch bar
in windows 9x/2000?

I was surfing around and came upon someone's windows desktop
screenshot and he has an auto-hiding quick launch bar on the left
in addition to the regular taskbar on the bottom, and I can't for
the life of me figure out how to do this. The screenshot is here:

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

All he did was just drag the regular quick launch bar to the side of the window. You can simply drag it to the side of the window and put as many programs as you want.

Yeah, just right click on the bottom task bar and choose toolbars->new toolbar. Then click desktop or whatever folder you want and drap it to the desktop and make the changes you want. Then unclick show text & title and resize to your liking. Then auto hide if you like.

You can also use the Channel Bar selection. Then once it is up you can modify how it looks and which programs are in its listing. You can move it any place on your screen.

The picture of the Candian naked lady money is easy to insert. Right click on your desktop and select Properties. Check the tabs and one of them will show your screen and also has a list of desk top schemes available. You can add your graphic or photo to that list and select it. Select for it to be centered and it is done. Those photos and graphics have to be in the BMP format only. You can edit the BMP files in Windows Paint and they must be saved in the BMP format.

In the center of my Win98 SE and ME screens I have a cat that is eating a Macintosh mouse. Nice kitty! :D
