Extra molex/fdd connector cutting tool?

I have a shuttle PC with a few extra molex and fdd power connectors. Last few days while browsing I saw a tool which can terminate (cut short) molex/fdd power cables and then put some sort of a shield/cap over the cut wires. Now I can't find the web page, does anybody know what this product is?

Yes, you're right. Anyhow, the tool I saw was cheap, about $20 and you could cut the cable right up to the PSU and the shield/cap looked rock-solid and professionally done (maybe to avoid leakage?).
