Extra large pointers in Windows XP

Is there a way to get extra large points in Windows XP -- meaning something bigger than what can be selected under Control Panel > Mouse. For example, is there a way to disable the 32x32 limit on custom pointers, or a third-party application that gives you larger pointers.
