i have an extra 90mm fan. any ideas about the best place to put it? i have a Enlight 7237 case, with 3 80mm fans, 2 in back, 1 in front. i have no idea where to put the 90mm to make the most efficient airflow. my only idea is to place it at a 45 degree angle in front of the intake. good idea? any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you

I have essentially the same setup as you. I added two blowholes: an intake positioned over the CPU and an exhaust in the top of the case.

thats a great place to place a fan if you can rig something to suspend it there in the middle-bottom of the case in that 45 degree angle pointed towards your GFX/CPU, you'll see some nice temp drops.

Which fans are doing what (exhausting or intake)? I have a 7237 but I put two 80mm High Output Sunons in front (intake) a 92mm Sunon in back below the P/S (exhaust) and one 92mm Sunon in the top (ehaust) the 80mm flow 42.5 cfm each and the 92mm flow 44 cfm each. It is a pretty well balanced setup. From reading several posts this is what I came up with. The only other thing that was suggested is to have a fan blowing the air brought in by the intake fans towards the CPU.

how did u ge tthe 92m to fit under the ps? I wanted to put my 92mm there, but didnt have anything to mod my case so 80mm it was. how did u mod your case? i dont have a dremmel, and dont feel like the $40 for a new one is worth it. Is there any other way to mod a case?

For the back I used a 3 1/2 inch (89mm) bi-metal hole saw and a 1/2 inch chuck drill. The hole saw was about $20 bucks. I could have probably saved myself some work and put another 80mm High Output Sunon. The HO Sunons flow 42.5 cfm and are reasonable High Output Sunon 80mmat 8.50. The 92mms I got only flow 44cfm. I will eventually be adding a 92 or 120 inside the case to blow air towards the CPU and GPU. Since this wont be adding any intake, just directing air it wont throw my "balance" off.

I have a 120mm blowhole in the top. Depending on your setup that might work well. 1 92mm in the back/front
