Extra fan on 8800 really helps!

I have a Tt fan strapped to the fan at the front of the card, and an Antec super cyclone blower to suck out the rear exhaust slots. Temps went from 55c (idle with the Antec) to 45c

just zip tied it around the video card through the holes of the case fan.

Do you just have the zip tie going across the bottom of the fan and across the PCB? The one over the fan, intake?

Nice mod! And I agree it really does help. In my case (no pun intended), I took it a little more to the extreme .
