External USB Enclosure + Win2k Problems

Has anyone else had trouble using the 2.5" USB enclosure from Computer Geeks with Win2k? The diskette that has the drivers has a folder for Windows 2000, but the drivers always seem to fail. It works fine on Win98SE, though.
