Need one for my Mini-ITX build...

Most of the name brands also can burn BluRay as well, but are too expensive. Or, if they're a name brand, most are just USB 2.

The others (never heard of them) that just do DVD/RW seem to be all priced around $28.-$40. with primarily not good reviews.
 
DVD's 1x data rate is 10.5 Mbps. USB 2.0 can transfer at up to 280 Mbps. That's enough for a 26x transfer rate. Why do you need faster than that?
