So I regret getting a Dell 8300 with an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb.

I didn't realized I wasn't getting an All-In-One Multimedia - now I want one. So what do I do? I've got an AIW ATI 7500 Series in my old machine, however my bro (who built the computer, whom I never negotioted him in the first place that I let him built a machine for me)... wants his computer back so... yeah... he's such a loser... I'm guessing he's just jealous of my Dell. Haha.

ATI Representative suggests that I get a TV Wonder Pro Remote Control Edition (link)

I plan not to shed any more money so I'm asking if there's a good external TV tuner out there; plug-n-play possibility so I can use in different computers in the long run. External... good or bad? Or should I go Internal - cheaper right? Like... $60 the most?

I checked ATI's trade-up program... I've got an old Rage Turbo Card (does has tv tuner). I'm thinking of trading it for the All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro 128mb which is $349.99 + $50 security fee + $15 shipping fee. Whaddya think?
