Question External SATA Storage stopped working after reinstall

I was forced to reinstall Windows 10 due to some weird blue screens, to figure out if the problem is hardware or software. The problem is that I have an external box with hard drives, connected to an external sata card. It was working perfectly until yesterday, and worked perfectly in other versions of Windows 10, but today it doesnt. The device manager reports that the AsMedia card works fine, but when I turn on the drive box the system cant see the disks. I have installed Windows 10 1903 Pro for Workstations, then 1903 Pro, and problem persists. Can somebody give me an idea about what can be happening?
