I think the 1505 does. On the product page it says:
One ExpressCard slot 54mm 1.5 V and 3.3 V
And if you zoom in on the image, it looks like there's room for it. As far as just plugging it in and going, I think you need an external enclosure for the drives so it can provide power to them. I don't know if the eSATA port is powered or not. Looks like it'll be a cool setup. Run some benchmarks on it and let us know how fast it is.

Yes you need an external 3.5" SATA enclosure that supports eSATA. I'm planning on reviewing the same from Vantec; I have a 2.5" enclosure and used others of their products in the past and I've really liked them.
