External Keyboard similar to laptop keypads.

I was looking for a keyboard which is similar to my laptop keypad in feel. I dont really like the desktop ones cause they are a lot more stiff, much noisier and have to be depressed a lot to hit a key.
I was looking for a keyboard with apart from the above specs. to be compact, light and have a USB interface to connect to my notebook.

Any suggestions anyone?
