external headphone jack

I've got an enermax case with external headphone jacks, and a mic port. I'm looking to hook those up to an SB live. Before I buy it I'm wondering if it can even be done. It's actually for a friend, and I honestly haven't looked at an sb live in a while. I know it has the external connector to hook up a daughter card/live drive. so I figure that there would be a way to hook up the external jacks to it.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.

I'm looking at my SB Live (without pulling it out) and only see the 3 spots for 4 pin connectors, and one spot for a 2 pin connector.

I don't know if you could plug all those single wires for the speaker and mic into any of those. I've got mine stowed behind the mobo so I can't see or count them.
 
yeah...I've seen those...I'm looking at the connector near the back of the card...the one that is used for connecting the live drive. I don't think the value cards had those.
