Question external hdd enclosure: broken psu

psu : noname but contact is round laptop like.

the enclosure has its own controller and uses a non standard offset = cant just plug disks i to regular satas.

thinking about buying a universal psu and hoping one of the adapters fit... (and volts ofc).

Ideas?

Have you checked the power adapter's output? May not be the power supply.

I found an old universal adapter, cut the cord, spliced, pushed it to 12v... I am running again 🙂
