I have an IDE HD that used to be my system HD. I have replaced it with a new SATA drive. I have data on the IDE drive that I would like to access and I have bought an external HD case that I want to install the old drive in. Can I access the data on that drive while my new system drive is working before having to format it? I hope I explained this ok.
