external hard drives rack

I will only be able to use my notebook computer. However I have 4 hdds and only one external enclosure. Is there any solution other than having 4 external enclosures?

For a little more you could just use a second hand PC and connect both to a router or a switch and set one up like a server.

This begs the question, of why not just buy a desktop computer instead of a Notebook computer?

Notebook computers probably cost more than a desktop.
