External Hard Drive Problem

Aright so I have a problem, yet again. I got a Myson-Century CS88186 external USB hard drive enclosure about 6 months ago. I put a lappy HD in it and it worked perfectly until the other day when it decided to quit out on me. I reinstalled the supplied drivers, I got new drivers and tried them and even took it out of the enclosure and made sure the laptop HD isnt messed up. It keeps giving me a Code 10: Device cannot start error after all of this. Any Ideas?
