External Hard Disk not opening - Showing No Readable File Allocation Table Error

My Transcend External Hard Disk (originally FAT32) is not opening and prompting me to Format it . It is showing a Healthy Raw File Format in Disk Management Utility but in Command Prompt it is showing FAT32 FileSystem.
I tried fixing it using CHKDSK and converting it to NTFS using CONVERT command but couldn't do so.. 🙁 . Error occurs in reading both FAT1 and FAT2 and error message shows that there are No Readable File Allocation Tables. Please help me finding a solution to make the External Hard Disk usable again without loosing data.

This is usually a sign of crashing heads. Try to get a full sector-by-sector clone with ddrescue. If your data is important to you, you should seek the assistance of a data recovery professional who can safely diagnose and recover your files.
