External Enclosure/Hardrive Slave Settings?

I recently bought a BYTECC external enclosure and a 160GB Seagate Internal HDD and am trying to install it as an external plug-and-play for my laptop. I am about to install it and am unsure how to configure the master/slave jumper settings and cable select options.

Any advice on how to get it going to setup properly? Thanx.

Master or for some drives a separate "single" setting (Master without Slaves)
