External Drive Set Up

Just got given a 80GB WDC800JB drive and I'm putting it in a external USB 2.0 enclosure...Need to know how to set the drive up w/ 4 partitions??? Can I use the USB connection or do I have to put it in a computer to do this??? I just want to have 4 partitions of 20 GB each with 2 of them being FAT 32 and 2 being NTFS for different storage sections with no operating system in any of the partitions.

Depends on what OS you are using.

If your using W2K or XP you should be able to use Disk Management to format the drive the way you want to.
