extension of FX-60 thread

oh my wow new egg. ordered all those parts yesterday at 11 a.m. and got them in today when i woke up at 8 a.m. Fedex overnight of course, but still very impressive considering i live in AL. Also in response to all the video card bashing, i didnt see any point in buying a 7800 gtx 512 or a 1900xt when, by the time ut2007 comes out, they will only be able to run it at about medium settings anyway. i saved the parents some money and hopefully they will remember it when that comes along and help me out. the fx-60 however should be able to run almost anything for years to come, especially with its dual cores, and since im not OC'in it that expands its life even further.
 
Man you must be rich (or your parents) to get a FX-60 instead of jumping on the cheap-a$$ bandwaggon like the rest of us, getting a 165/170 and "making" the FX-60 ourselves... 😉
