Extension cable for PCi E 8 Pin

What is it exactly that you are trying to do? Do you need an adapter or an extension cable? If your current PSU's cable is short and you just need an extension, then that will do the trick. If your PSU does not have an 8 pin connector, then you need to get an adapter for it.
 
Ok you pretty much all i want to know is if i can use this cable, specifically for both my 8 pin motherboard connector, and also if i can use this as an extension for my 8 Pin GPU plug
 
If are asking if the cable is interchangeable between PCI-e (GPU plug) and 8-pin motherboard connector the answer is no.
