Extending Cat5e For My Setup

Hey everyone. Been trying to solve this issue and i’m sure you guys can help. I keep losing my poe ip cameras on my nvr. Here is my setup. I have a nvr in the office. It’s a 24 channel ip camera system. 5 cameras are near the office, those always work. The other 19 cameras are at (2) gigabit poe switches that are 480 cable feet away from the office that are ran through underground pipes and these keep “falling off” for me. To clarify we have (2) 480ft cable runs from the nvr to the switchs. There is an area where the cables come up from the ground then back down another pipe at about 350ft. Lets call this area the junction box. There is no eletrical outlet at this spot. If there was, i read i could put a 4 port gigabit switch at the junction box and my problems will be solved but since there is no power there, can’t go that route. I’ve read there a poe powered switches and if that would work, what would be the best setup for the poe injectors. Near the switches because it’s only about 120ft from the junction box. Still learning ip cameras and nvr so any help would be super appreciated. Thank you for your time!
