Do you believe in extended service agreements, when buying a used car?
Hypothetical situation:
2003 Porsche Boxter
9 mos of original factory warranty remains, but car has 43,000 miles on it. Factory warranty expires 4 years from original date of delivery to original owner, or total mileage of 50,000.
You are going to finance this car for 6 years. Car qualifies for a 6 year from date of sale, or 100,000 mile extended service agreement. Keep in mind your payment is already going to be $750 per month +/-, so now it might be $825 +/-
So, do you take out this insurance?
