I have a ati radeon 9800xt with the vga out to be my crt monitor and my dvi out has a dvi to component converter that connects to my hdtv. my hdtv is running at 1920x1080, interlaced while my main vga out monitor runs at 1152x864 progressive. My tv looks fine and all but i'd like to have a program to make the output smaller, because right now the sides, top and bottom are cut off so when i maximize a window, i lose the menu and the minimize, maximize and exit buttons at the top and everything else along the edges. any software to compensate for this? my tv is not on ym tv out connector so ati tray tools cant help and catalyst control center i havent figured out my way around yet. thanks.

edit: wtf? I turned on advanced settings in CCC and when i go to adjustments and click on adjustments for either default A70 or 2 CV, it adjusts my crt monitor without habving any effect on my tv?

Im using cats 5.13 if that helps.

edit 2 I finished adjusting it by lowering the resolution.
