Extended ATX-form case

Hey guys, I'm working on piecing together a new comp, with a nice big full tower for watercooling and such. Problem is, 90% of the cases I am reccomended are listed as Extended ATX, and I dont see many EATX MoBos. Will a regular ATX board still fit in the case?
 
yes, any smaller size fits in a larger case (like how mATX fits in ATX cases)
EATX allows for almost square boards (they have a corner cut off, but thats it). However, it works with smaller stuff too.
