I want to purchase a new case after like 8 years of using my present case. I am looking at the Lian Li v1200B Plus II.

The case supports Extended ATX motherboards, but will the case also be able to fit my regular sized ATX motherboard. Will the mountings be in their proper places for the motherboard and will the holes in the back line up with my regular ATX motherboard.

Thank you advance.

How many threads do we need on this one topic? Thread titles can be edited/expanded here as well as a subtitle being available for extra topics.

Yes, it will hold all types of mobos. But the airflow design of that case is all screwed up. I wouldn't pay even $100. for it - the $35. Antec SLK3000-B would probably cool better than that. Ooops, I was looking at the silver 1200 Plus on which the airflow is screwed up, looks like they did a re-think on the Plus II. Still for $230. you get few modern conveniences inside.
