Extend wireless range

I am currently running a Linksys WRT54GL wireless router. I love it. It's steady, no problems and it's secure. The issue is that I am loosing signal in the front of my house. Due to location problems, my router must be located in the rear of my house. This means that the front of my house has no signal. How can I fix this? Is there a stronger router I can buy, or maybe some sort of signal booster or bypass that I can put in the middle of the house? Any suggestions?

What router do you have? You can try different channel and extend the range. If you are not using the encryption on wireless, you will be able to cover much more range!
