Exporting Graphics from InDesign to PDF

Hey Guys,

I'm working on a newsletter which I created in Adobe InDesign and the logo is a .wmf format and it looks great, but when I export it to a PDf it's all fuzzy and bummpy - got any ideas? Also, the graphics guy sent it to me in .eps but that looks all bumpy and fuzzy in both InDesign and PDF?
