Exporting from my laptop via monitor AND S-video?

So I have a Dell Inspiron 1420, with an s-video port and a 15-pin monitor portr--and was wondering if there was any way to use both at the same time?

My 20" Dell monitor is currently connected to it, but I want to connect another monitor via S-video through the port--but I don't see an option that'll allow me to utilize both.

Is there a program that'll allow me to do so?

Go into your display properties. Click on the settings tab then the Advanced button. Now go to the tab that list the GPU for the system. In there you should find an option to for detection of a TV. Now restart the system and it should detect the presence of the new display. But don't expect much from s-video. Chances are you won't even be able to read text from the TV.
