Exporting Contacts from Palm Desktop Software to Outlook

Hey guys - I'm helping my neighbor with his Sony Clie. He wants to synchronize his Contacts on his Palm Desktop software to Microsoft Outlook. Is there a good program to do this (I read about Beyond Contacts from Datavis) - does anyone have any experience with this program? Also, when he manually exports his contact list from the Palm Desktop Software, it puts it into an Excel file. Whenever I try and import that Excel file into Outlook, it has me like setup what each of the fields mean? How can I do that? Thanks in advance for your help!

Can't he just synchronize all his contacts with his Clie (at which point his Clie has all of the right information), then change the computer setup to synchronize with Outlook instead?
