export multiple contacts to vcards in Outlook?

i want to create vcards from all my contacts in OutlookXP, but i dont want to sit there and do "save as..." and then Vcard for each of my hundreds of contacts. the purpose of this is to get my contacts onto my new 3G ipod. i've tried outpod but i get an error msg:
MAPI was unable to load the information service dccmsp.dll

anyone w/ ideas or solutions to either problems?
