I am pretty sure I didn't load any new software around the time this started happening. I am using:
WinXP Pro SP2
Spy Sweeper
Kapersky Av
Win Firewall
NAT firewall
If I log off and log back on I get 15-30 mins of "normal" computing and then something happens and boom, it slows down to a crawl. I did a couple AV online scans and found nothing, I used JV16 Power Tools and Crap Cleaner to clean up my system and it runs great.....for a while.
Any Ideas?
