Hell, that's nothing special. I know how to make it, and with a $80, can have all the ingredients with me, including detcord, within 30 minutes. It doesn't take long to make. Anyone with a little know-how and a few connections could have made that thing: terrorist or angry ex-employee.

no det cap, couldn't go off anyway. comforting to know that a brick of plastic plus a whole lot of det cord could just be sitting anywhere, though.

anyone else think it was a dead drop? either this bus station wasn't a target or someone doesn't know that plastic needs a det cap. seems to me the former is more likely.
