I haven't watched the clip so I have no idea what's in it. The two things I mentioned however are clearly and unambiguously inciting violence.

That and Trump is being sued for inciting violence and when his lawyers tried to argue free speech and get it tossed the judge rejected it saying the assaults were a "direct and proximate result" of Trump’s incitement.
