In this instance Trump said the right things. Let's see how well actions match them.

He said the minimum. He didn't call for an end to condoning violence. He didn't mention the attacks on the media.

Could be anyone. Remember the black man who burned his own church after spay painting vote Trump on it? Too early to assume which party they hail from, or their motivation. I haven't watched the clip so I have no idea what's in it. The two things I mentioned however are clearly and unambiguously inciting violence.
