There's going to be vast difference between what it is, and what the right says it is. Already been perusing the typical right wing forums and this is all false flag Soros lead conspiracy to impact the midterms and gin up sympathy.

Of course. I wonder about the supposed WH #MeToo bomb, whether it exists, whether it was real, and if so if it's from the same source. I bet Alex Jones didn't get one.

Leftist companies that execs cried at company meetings when Hillary lost.
letting jones run wild affects their image and so the bottom line, that's why he was banned, plus he was warned and continued what he was doing. he got himself banned.

You realize that this is the guy that the Chairman of the House Committee on Science and Technology listened to concerning Martians and NASA conspiring in an interplanetary child sex ring and asked NASA scientists before a hearing about Martian civilizations? Yep, it happened.

That he's claimed that a mass child shooting was a hoax? He did.

Precisely what private industry owes him a voice on their services? None.

Can he not have his own outlets? Yes, and he does.

This is not the guy for you.

Conservatives will yet again give their deepest sympathies and prayers but give no action.

Apparently CNN in NY evacuated. NYPD bomb squad on site.

Another one reported at Dem Congressman Debbie Wasserman Schultz's office in FL and that was evacuated as well.

Reports are that all the pkgs are similar.

The Trump White House wants you to know it strongly condemns violence against journalists unless it’s by sitting Republican congressmen.

(Spoiler alert - hang on to yer sarcasm meters here folks)

Well it's impossible that a Trump supporter would do such a thing what with Trump fervently promoting unity, compromising to move the nation forward, being suspiciously alert against the likes of Putin, his oligarch sycophants and all of those other tyrants that wish us ill while fully supporting our longtime allies and NATO, so it has to be a Trump hater that did this right? It just has to be a demonized Dem that did this to make the compassionate and loving Trump supporters look bad, right?

I mean, who could ever imagine that a peace loving, self-sacrificing, anti-fascist honest to the core guy like Trump would agitate his supporters to the point of critical mass that they would do such a horrific thing like that?

OK, I can now admit that I barfed and projectile hurled while I was composing this post, but the truth *cough-snort-gag* that Trump is a really good honest fella *hack-hack-wheeze* must be told *baaaarrrrrrfff-spit-spit-take a deep breath or two-whew*

I tweeted Trump (I know he doesn't read) and pretty much told him to eff off.

Serious question: at least at this time this appears to be a genuine attempt to murder numerous prominent Democrats and at least one journalist who conservatives view as adversarial to them. Will this get more media attention or less media attention than someone asking Sarah Sanders to leave their restaurant?

My guess is far less.

Mike Pence's Twitter has a statement. That really should be coming from POTUS himself.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders, in a written statement, condemned what she described as "attempted violent attacks" against the two former first families.

“We condemn the attempted violent attacks recently made against President Obama, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and other public figures. These terrorizing acts are despicable, and anyone responsible will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. The United States Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are investigating and will take all appropriate actions to protect anyone threatened by these cowards,” she said.

Again, this should be coming from the President himself.

Completely inadequate. Presidents are supposed to take very visible stands against these sorts of things and they have, well up until this one. Sending out a functionary that can't even mention the President by name?

Reprehensible.

I never watched him, but don't think one could if they wanted to any more. The left has silenced him.

So much this. I can actually see the man sitting there thinking “my fans won’t like it if I say something”.

How sad is it that is a real fucking possibility?

Republicans are on the campaign trail bashing Soros, Clintons, CNN, etc, I am not surprised it incited some attempted violence.

Here's Chuck Schumer condemnation.

"Despicable acts of violence and harassment are being carried out by radicals across the political spectrum—not just by one side."
