THE PROBLEM IS THAT EVERYTIME I OPEN WINDOWS EXPLORER, IT TAKES AROUND 30 SECONDS FOR IT TO OPEN. BUT THEN WHEN IT IS FULLY OPEN, IT WORKS FINE AND THE SITES OPEN FAST. I USE WINDOWS ME. I WAS WONDERING WHY DOES IT TAKE A LONG TIME FOR THE EXPLORER TO OPEN???
